Things you don't say to your wife...

The Weekend

Well, we had a fun weekend!

On Friday afternoon, our friends Scott and Christy came to visit. Friday night we hung out, watched TV, tried some different kinds of wine and talked. Saturday we slept in, then the guys went to go help a friend of ours move some furniture, and Christy and I hung out at the house. When they got back, we took the Dog and went up to Virginia City. We walked around and checked out the shops, and were planning on eating at a really good bbq restaurant they have there, but it was closed when we got there, so we drove back down to Carson City and ate at Q's BBQ. It was really good.
After that, we went to go see WALL-E. Ed, our friend that they helped move furniture for, gave us all passes to go see it! It was super cute! =)
Yesterday, we got up and went to breakfast with my grandma, then pretty much just took it easy and relaxed at home all day. Scott, Josh and I took Stella down to the walking path and went for a short walk, but other than that we just had a lazy day.
Last night we watched Mama's Boy and had some drinks, and I don't know why (because I was not drunk, just tipsy) But I feel like crap. I have been nauseous all day. I even drank like 2.5 glasses of water before I went to bed. Oh well. At least I rarely do that. I think I have been hungover 3 times in my life. It sucks. Which is why I don't drink very often, and if I do, I usually limit myself to one or two. But for some reason you get Christy and I together, and we like to drink. Well, we all like watching her drink. lol ;-)

TGIF!

Thank goodness if's Friday! Yay! I love Fridays, and today I switched shifts at work, so instead of working 12-5, I am working 8-12. =)
Why? Glad you asked! Our good friends Scott and Christy are coming to visit us! I love that our friends like to come visit us! haha.
We are thinking that we may take a trip to Virginia City tomorrow.... It is a really neat little old west town. Most of the buildings are original to the town. Mark Twain even lived there for a while! =) We have been there a few times, as it is only 1/2 hour drive for us! They have this really good little Barbeque place there too... and when I say barbeque... I mean good southern style Barbeque! yumm!

That is one thing I miss about living in Tennessee. There was this little pit BBQ place off of hwy 41 between Springfield and Adams. It was amazing bbq and was super cheap too!
Other things I miss about Tennessee:
1. The Green. Everything is green! so many trees and plants!
2. Being 15 minutes away from several good fishing spots
3. The Pace. People are rarely in a hurry.
4. The cost of Living! My apartment there was almost half the cost of the place we have here, and was almost the same size!
5. The People. Southern people are friendlier. Period.
6. The accents. I love a good drawl.
7. The Thunderstorms. They were amazing!
8. The scenery. Just so beautiful!
9. The Amish stores. Always a treat to go to!
10. My friends. My old Co-workers. =)

New Hair!

Got a hair cut yesterday! Cut off about 3-4 inches! (a little more than I wanted, but I like it) Then I came home and colored it. =)
What do you think?
(Sorry it's not the greatest picture!)

Praise God!

Thank you all so much for praying for my friend... She had her appointments yesterday, and this is the email I got from her this morning:

Hey Katrina,
Thanks for all of your prayers. So we went to our appointment yesterday, and we had an ultrasound first. The ultrasound was really good. It was so cool we could see the feet, hands, and she was sticking her hands in her mouth. It was really cute. Anyway the radiologist(i think that is what they are called) did the ultrasound. He was really good, and has been doing it for thirty years. So pretty much he has seen everything under the sun. He looked at the baby, and told us that he did not see anything to be concerned with. The doctor came in after that and agreed with the radiologist. They told me that they would be more worried about her driving in 16 years then any problem now. Such a relief. I do not know if she never had a problem or that God healed her. All I do know is God certainly answered my prayer!! So in 4 months we should have a healthy little girl. She was on the smaller side. I figure the same thing will happen that happened with Jake. I will probably be induced and have a small baby. Thats ok with me though.

Praise God! He definitely answers prayers! Thanks again everyone!

Wifey Wednesdays

I haven't participated in Wifey Wednesdays before, mainly because I am still a 'new wife.' But I have been learning a lot about what it means to be a generous wife, and the importance of Sex in a marriage.
I recently came across two websites, http://www.the-generous-wife.com/ and www.themarriagebed.com
These two sites have helped me work on becoming a better wife to my husband. (you can even ask him!)
I won't go into details, but our marriage has become more 'healthy' these past couple weeks. ;-)
So, if you are married, check out these sites!

Also, a book I just bought and started reading, and have heard great reviews on is Sheet Music, by Dr. Kevin Leman. So if you'd like, Check it out!

Please pray (Bump)

I am re-posting this because her appointments with the specialists are tommorrow. If you could be thinking about her or praying for her during her appointments, that would be awesome. I believe they start at 2pm Central Time.

Thank you everyone for your prayers, they are much appreciated!

A friend of mine back in Tennessee is 22 weeks pregnant, and found out that her precious baby girl could possibly have some problems. The connective tissue between her cerebellum and spinal cord has not developed completely,
which is really really rare so that doctor told her that he really couldn't tell her what to expect. The baby could be fine or she could have a host of problems. So he referred her to a pediatric neurosurgeon at Vanderbilt and on wed she has an appointment with an ob doc, a surgeon, and a Neonatologist.
Please, please, please keep this young family in your prayers! Her husband is away with the Military, and she has a 2 year old at home. Pray that God can heal that baby if there are any issues, that she is born healthy, and for peace for both of them!

Thank you so much for any prayers... if anyone has any words of encouragement they want to send to her, feel free to email me and I will pass it on.

God Bless!

YAY!

We finally sold our Jeep! We didn't get quite what we wanted for it, but still more than we paid for it! =) Praise God!

Our Sunday!

Well, our friends Seth and Heather (see last post) were still here today, and they have a nice new jeep. They found some jeep trails around our area, and really wanted to try one out, so this morning we took the doors and roof off and drove up to Tahoe!
It wasn't a very difficult trail, and there were some gorgeous views!

Then, after we got home, and they took off for home, we were sitting around watching tv (after showering off the layer of dirt we acquired on the trail, when Josh decided to be romantic. He got dressed, told me to get ready and be ready to go when he got home in 15 mins. Then he left. When he came back, he took me to dinner at Chilis, and then to see Get Smart (he had gone and bought the tickets) It was a really funny movie! We both really enjoyed it.
Anyways, now we are off to bed since we have to work in the morning. Fun Fun!

Oh! On a positive note, the Pharmacist from Walmart called, and wants to schedule an interview! YAY! Prayer, please!

Rodeo

On Saturday night, our friends Seth and Heather came out to visit, and we went to the Reno Rodeo! It was pretty fun. Josh and I had never been to a rodeo before, but we enjoyed it.
Here are a bunch of pictures! I thought I got some pretty good ones, what do you think? =)

This little boy was waaaaaaay tooo adorable! (makes us want one even more!)

Prayer Please!

I was just talking to a friend of mine back in Tennessee, and she is 22 weeks pregnant, and found out that her precious baby girl could possibly have some problems.

Thank you so much for any prayers... if anyone has any words of encouragement they want to send to her, feel free to email me and I will pass it on.

Update...

So I went to talk to the pharmacist at Safeway, and he basically took my resume, said he would look over my application and talk to the hiring manager, and call me on Wednesday.
Not much... so pray when he calls it is good news! (or at least an interview!)

What the weekend is looking like...

We have some fun things planned for this weekend! I am so excited, I can't wait!

Well, today I am going to go talk to the pharmacist at Safeway about a possible job! Pray for me! Pray that there are benefits involved! (that is the biggest requirement. I can handle a not too great pay or part time hours... but we want to start a family soon and medical insurance has to come first!)

Tomorrow is Friday! Thank goodness... this week is dragging by. Nothing really planned for tomorrow other than working. =)

Saturday, our awesome friends Seth and Heather are coming up to visit! So exciting! Then we are going to the Reno Rodeo! I am so excited! I have never been to a rodeo before! I finally have a chance to wear my 'cowgirl' hat and not feel like an idiot! haha. It should be fun, and I am sure I will have pictures to post. =)

Sunday Seth and Heather are taking the top off their Jeep and we are going up to a jeep trail in Tahoe. FUN! IT isn't a really difficult trail, but will have some good bumps and turns. Again, I am sure pictures will follow.

On a side note, Josh and I knew a guy from the airport we work at... got busted for drug trafficking... Its Crazy!
you can read the news story HERE.

Hope everyone else has an exciting weekend as well! Until Next Time!

Don't cry over spilled milk....

Ok, so I did. I went to the grocery store today to pick up a few things, and when I got home, I was unloading stuff, and I carried in the 2 gallons of milk I got and set them on the stove. One of them decided it didn't want to be there and fell to the floor, cracked and incidentally spewed milk all over the floor and under the stove.
I was so not in the mood for that to happen. I literally started crying almost. But managed to get it cleaned up along with all the stuff that has accumulated under the stove since 1989. Ew.
But anyways, my parents gave us a swamp cooler yesterday, (we don't have A/C) and we got the needed supplies to hook it up today and got it all hooked up. Within a half an hour of turning it on, the house had dropped like 5 degrees. Nice. will come in handy this summer.
Josh also cleaned the little grill I managed to get for free on www.freecycle.org and I cooked up a really nice tri-tip on it today. It came out nice and juicy and rare... just how we like it! Yum!
So now we are sitting watching Lars and the Real Girl, enjoying Jamba Juice. =) nice day!

Anyways, if you haven't already, be sure to check out my last post and enter my contest! Until next time...

Woohoo! 100th post! *Contest!*

In honor of this being my 100th post, (and since I really have nothing to write about at this moment...) I thought I would do a contest!

It will be random, so all you have to do is post a comment answering the question, "where is the furthest you have traveled from home?"

The prize will be the winners choice of a pair of custom earrings from my website! yay! So answer the question, then head over there and decide which pair you would want!
www.katrinascreations.com

I will start. The furthest away from home I have been was to Azerbaijan when I was 15 years old. =) It was kind of a mission trip/cultural exchange trip.

Good Luck!

it's 1:40am....

And I can't sleep. I wish we had medical insurance so I could get something to help. I have problems sleeping. I usually take Melatonin or Benadryl to help.
Normally it doesn't bother me too much, but I have to get up at 6:30am! agh... I wish I could fall asleep like my husband. He is out within minutes of his head hitting the pillow. I'm jealous.
I just took some tylenol PM for this cold that is still hanging on... so hopefully that will help me fall asleep!
Off to try...

It's Friday!

And I just got off work. I should be starting dinner, but I wanted to post a blog first.
I am so glad it is Friday. Tonight Josh is going to the movies with a couple friends to see The Hulk. I didn't really want to see it, so I am going to stay home and clean. or watch HGTV. ;-)

Tomorrow we are going up to my parent's property bright and early to help out with some work. or in my case, sit and watch the guys work and enjoy a good book while sitting and relaxing in the clean mountain air. Hehe. Sunday will probably be a lazy day for us. Although if I don't get my cleaning done, a portion of the day will be spent cleaning. yay! *insert rolling eyes*

Next week I am working full days every day, so I won't have a lot of time to get stuff done around the house and on Wednesday, dinner party's at our house, and then Friday, some good friends of ours are coming out for the weekend and we are going to the rodeo! Fun!

Anyways, like my new blog look? I finally managed to get the three column thing figured out. The banner is my first attempt at one like it, and I am going to work some more on getting a nicer one, but for now, this will have to do!

Well, I should probably get dinner started! Hope everyone has a great weekend! Until next time....

Why government isn't the be all and end all

I 'borrowed' this post from Sheila over at To Love, Honor and Vacuum.
I thought it was a really good post and worthy of re-posting. Sorry it is a little long, but worth the read!

Why Government Isn't the Be All and End All

I tried to read Lori Smith's A Walk with Jane Austen last night. I really did. I wanted to like it, because I love Austen.

And parts of her book were beautiful. Basically, Lori is a 33-year-old single woman who took off to England for a month to follow in Jane Austen's footsteps and see what she could discover. And her conclusions are quite lovely. She talks about taking delight in the little things; how one doesn't have to live a big life to be significant; and deploring the high life.

But the first chapter I found difficult, because Lori complained about Christian conservatives. Now, I'm a Christian conservative, though I wouldn't fit everybody's mold of one. I'm not even American. I'm Canadian. I'm not your regular Pat Robertson Christian, and the whole "looking like we're perfect" thing has always been an anathema to me. In fact, I wrote To Love, Honor and Vacuum sort of as an antidote to this feeling in the church that we need to look like we have it all together as wives and moms.

However, what I find so difficult is that a lot of Christians like her, including those in my family, equate Christian conservativism with not caring about the poor.

(UPDATE: I'm afraid that I'm maligning Lori here as badly as I'm accusing her of maligning me. The truth is she didn't say anything specific about the poor; what she said was that she disliked conservative Christianity, and especially political Christianity; and she was passionate about social justice issues. I read between the lines there. If I was unfair, I'm sorry. So consider the rest of this post about others I know who do equate Christian conservativism with mean-spiritedness or stinginess).

I find that this betrays a complete lack of knowledge of economics and history.

My whole life is dedicated to the poor. The majority of my time is spent in raising money to send to an African orphanage. I've taught classes for pregnant teens here at home, and have always been involved in volunteering. But that is an entirely different thing from believing the government should get involved.

Caring about the poor does not mean that the government should do it. It means we should do it! We should sacrifice and we should share.

When the government gets involved, it introduces a poisonous dynamic. It leads to entitlement, and often creates dependency rather than encouraging dignity. But what bothers me is that people can't see historically how that happened.

Just look at the welfare reforms of the 1990s that the Republican Congress forced Clinton to pass. Social activists were screaming from rooftops that this would throw women and children out on the street. Over the next decade, though, poverty decreased and more families found jobs. In other words, cutting welfare reduced poverty, just like conservatives always said it would.

A similar thing happens on the world wide scale when it comes to Africa. I would never give aid to an African government, or even to a large NGO like UNICEF. I give it to small on the ground operations which are trying to promote entrepreneurism. Because ultimately, the thing that will break poverty is small business. Give them a helping hand, and you'll end poverty. Continue to dole out aid, and you'll create it. You also set up a situation where the government controls the aid and can use it to pit one ethnic group against another, which is never good in that part of the world.

It just seems to me like too many people don't know basic economics. But they sound like they're so superior to "conservatives" who just think everybody should be like them. What I always hear from my family is that "you can't expect everyone to have it together like you do. And we have to be there for those who don't." That's not what I think. But I do want programs that actually work, not just governments handing out money so we can feel good about helping, but that don't actually accomplish anything.

A perfect example would be Hurricane Katrina. The government came down and poured money at the problem like crazy. But in Houston and all across Texas, churches (and specifically conservative churches) mobilized to take people into their homes. The Astro Dome, which was supposed to sleep 20,000, was empty because the churches had taken the people in. And many of those people chose not to return to New Orleans, but to take the help offered them to find jobs in Texas and other neighboring states.

In other stories, the government is still doling out money for other Katrina victims to live in hotels. I read a story yesterday about two women who are still living in the Quality Inn, with a swimming pool and maid service, years after the disaster, and haven't really looked for work yet. Why should they? This is the type of thing conservative Christians say isn't good for anyone's soul. We are not meant to get handouts for free. But that doesn't mean we don't care about the poor. It means we do.

A similar dynamic is at work with single motherhood. People just didn't have babies out of wedlock until welfare was extended to single moms. That's when men started to feel like they could desert their girlfriends who got pregnant. And marriage went down the toilet. I know not everyone is going to marry, and you can't legislate morality. I don't think we should. But to economically encourage a family situation which is dangerous to all involved is ludicrous. I'm not saying we should cut off single mothers from welfare, but I do think welfare should be a temporary training ground to get a job. People shouldn't live on it forever, and then maybe fewer people would be cavalier about their family situations. My mother was single, not by choice, and she never took a handout. She worked hard, even while I was young and she was depressed, so that we could have a roof over our heads. It is possible. And she advanced up the ladder until she ended up an executive.

Welfare would not have let her do that.

I think the basic difference between a conservative Christian and a liberal one is that conservatives believe in results, not in policies that express our devotion to a particular group. We don't need policies to show that we love poor people; we just need to love them ourselves. And if a government policy which sounds good has been shown not to work, then we need to get rid of it.

My liberal relatives, on the other hand, believe that we must lobby the government to end poverty, even if it doesn't work well. It's part of showing our values and living our values, to ensure that the government expresses our values. The problem is that this is usually ineffective. But it's the heart that counts to my relatives, not necessarily the results. I know that's an oversimplification, but whenever I bring up the results of whatever they're advocating, they accuse me of not caring. The opposite is true! I do care. But that doesn't mean I think we should throw money at the problem. It means I think we should fix the problem. And those two are not necessarily synonymous.

So I wish that other Christians would stop tarring me with the idea that I don't care about the poor. I do. And I know they care about the poor, too. We just disagree on how to help. That's allowed. But please stop impugning my motives, because I don't think that's very Christian behaviour.

Is it just me? (Warning... Rant on the Media...)

So yesterday I was flipping through the channels, and saw that Oprah was on. I don't usually watch it, but I like to if something good is going to be on. Yesterday she had the "pregnant man" on her show. I didn't really care about it, but kinda wanted to know exactly what was going on with that whole story, because I had heard different things and wanted to know the truth.

So yeah... turns out that she used to be a woman. She underwent hormone therapy and had her breasts removed ans is now a "man." But her reproductive organs and stuff are all still there. a little affected by the testosterone, but still there. So "he" really isn't a "pregnant man," so to speak, he is a man who used to be a woman who still has all the necessary baby carrying equipment.

The Media has hyped this whole thing up so much saying that there is a "pregnant man" and acting like it is some miracle of science, when really, It Isn't!
This makes me so mad! They are leading everyone to believe something that isn't true. yeah, she may look like a man, but sexually, she is still a woman.

I don't know.... what do you guys think? I want to know other people's opinions. Does this irk anyone else like it does me? Just curious!

Victims

Well, last week I answered an ad on craigslist for a 42 inch plasma TV for $350. Sound too good to be true? well, aparently it was.
It looks like we got scammed, and it is largely my fault. I didn't know about some key things to watch for.
She was in the UK. Which made me leary at first, but after she sent me a link to a shipping site that confirmed everything, etc, I thought, ok, looks legit.
Wrong. fake website.
After sending this company a wire transfer (BIG NO-NO! I didn't know this) we received a payment confirmation email, but nothing more after. No shipping confirmation.
Today I started getting a little suspicious when we hadn't recieved a shipping notice and it had been all weekend. I check the emails, and none of the links to the company work anymore. "page not found" So I google the company. find the 'legit' site, and enter our tracking/confirmation number. No record found. Then I see a link to a fraud warning. Yeah... fit the description!
So I reported it to the FBI's online fraud department, craigslist, and am trying to report it to western union. I called to see if it had been picked up yet, and it had, unfortunately, otherwise we could have gotten it back.
Hopefully we can get it back... I am just so pissed.

So yeah, if you are buying something online, alwasy thoroughly check it out! Check the websites, and not just links they give you (compare the two) NEVER send a wire transfer unless it is someone you know. And even if it looks legit, always double check. Don't end up like us.

One year...

Monday, June 9, 2007, marks the one year anniversary of the day I married my best friend.
The wedding was wonderful, and I can honestly say it was the best day of my life. We were able to share it with all of our friends and family, and have a great, and fun day!
This year has been a great one. I can honestly say I don't think I could have asked for a better first year of marriage. I have heard that many people have a pretty difficult first year, getting to learn each other's habits, and learning to live together, make decisions together, and just overall get used to each other.
Because I lived with his family, I think that I (we) learned a lot of those things before we got married, and I think that helped us this past year.
We have had a few disagreements, just like everyone else, and I know we have gotten annoyed with each other, but in the end, we are able to talk over our differences, get over our annoyances, and just be each ourselves with each other.
We are still very much happily married. I love him so much, and that love grows more and more with every passing day.
So here's to you, babe. I love you so much, and am so blessed to have you as my husband. You are the best thing that has happened to me, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you! <3

So for our anniversary, we are going out to dinner, and then we are going to see Narnia: Prince Caspian. The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe was our first date, on Jan. 1, 2006. We thought it fitting to go see the second movie for our anniversary! So yeah, hopefully whatever sickness I have will be a little better so I don't feel totally like crap all day/night! =)

the crud...

so yeah, I have the crud. I am sick. My head is all stuffy, my nose in congested and runny, and my throat is all raspy.
I hope this goes away soon...

What a trip...

Well, thursday morning, we got up at about 5am, and headed from Manteca, CA to Tucson AZ. We got to Tucson at about 9:30 that night, went to bed a few hours later, slept horribly, then got up at 5:45am, got dressed and headed over to Tom and Candy's to start loading. We got everything fully loaded and finished cleaning the apartment and headed out at about 10:15am.
We drove all the way to Chico/Orland, stopping to pee and eat, and got to Orland at 5:30am exausted. We got everything of theirs unpacked in about an hour, and my Dad and I were headed back to Manteca. (about 2-2 1/2 hours.)
I had to drive because my dad couldn't anymore.... he was so tired. I was fine for about an hour, then was fighting falling asleep for the rest of the way. We finally made it home, and my dad crashed. I tried to sleep, but it was just too light, and my body wouldn't sleep despite being completely exausted.
So, I drank an energy drink, and have just been relaxing all day. My mom and I went and did a little shopping, and I got an outfit to wear to a party tonight for some family friends of ours. I didn't know about it, and had brought nothing to wear.
So hopefully I will get a good night's sleep tonight, because tomorrow I am driving back to Carson City. Fun Fun! :-p

Our Dog.... 'shakes head' Part 2

so today, Josh and I went home for lunch together because I am working a full day today.
We get home, and let the dog out of her kennel and Josh opens the door to let her outside. Apparently the guys who mow our grass once again didn't latch the gate. Stella saw that it was open, and went straight for it. Josh saw what she was doing, and went after her, but was a second too late.
She gets out the gate and is running down the street, Josh chasing after her. I get to the driveway, realize she is going and not stopping, so I run into the house, grab my car keys, jump into the truck and take off after them.
By the time I caught up, she was several blocks down the road running down the middle of a busy street.
Josh is on the back of a motorcycle. Some random guy saw her run around the corner, flipped a u-turn and told josh to get on... talk about a nice guy! So he is chasing after her on the back of a motorcycle, and I am following behind in the truck, and Stella is running down the Middle of a busy street, cars are driving slowly behind her. (thank God nobody decided to go whizzing by, and all of a sudden she veers off across to the other side of the road. (again, thank God no one was driving the other direction!) she runs into a church yard, and promptly squats to go poo. Luckily, that gave us time to catch up to her. I threw the car in park, and jumped out, walking towards her, and Josh comes from the other direction.
She sees us and starts trotting in the only other direction she can go away from us, of course. Luckily there was an older gentleman walking up the walkway towards the church, and we ask if he can grab her, and she is friendly. Of course, being a friendly dog, she stops to get a pat on the head, and the guy is able to hang onto her until Josh gets there, and she almost slips away again, but josh dives and catches her leg. (don't worry, he didn't hurt her.)
So we carried her back to the car, took her home, and then went to Taco Bell for lunch, cause we were both frustrated and tired and didn't feel like making lunch at home after that.

The plan for the week...

Well, today and tomorrow I am working a full day as opposed to a half day like normal. Tomorrow after work, I am driving over to my parents house in California. Then, Thursday morning, me, my mom and dad will hook up the trailer and drive to Tucson, AZ.

Some good friends of Josh and I, Tom and Candy, are moving up to Chico, so we are driving down to move them back up. I am excited to see them! =) So Friday morning, we will get up early, pack everything up, and take off! We will probably drive back to Manteca, maybe get a few hours sleep and then finish to Chico Saturday morning and unpack. I should be back in Carson Saturday night or Sunday sometime. Not too sure, just depends on how things play out.

So, Josh is stuck here without me for like 4 days. I will get back just in time for our 1 year anniversary on Monday, June 9. =)

1 whole year. I can't believe it. In a lot of ways, it feels like it has been so much longer, and yet at other times, it feels like it has flown by. But I can say I have loved almost every moment of it.

So yeah, if you don't hear from me for a few days, that is why! Hope you all have a fabulous week!

Until next time...

Update on the Pharmacy Tech thing...

so I am almost done with my online Pharmacy Tech program... (throughPenn Foster. It is a pretty good program. I have learned a lot. There are 27 lessons total, and I have finished 21. 6 left to go! yay!

I have applied to lots of different pharmacies. Longs, CVS, Walgreens, Safeway, etc. Friday night I applied for a job at Renown Medical Center in Reno. They actually have 3 openings for pharmacy techs. That would be a great job! Aside from having to commute to Reno (although it is south reno, which is better, only about 25 minutes or so) The pay would be better than some other places, and I would get benefits, which is what we need!

The pharmacist from CVS called me right as I finished applying for those jobs at Renown. He doesn't have an opening right now, but we talked for a while, and I think if an opening came available I would probably be high on the list for that job. (doesn't pay great, but it is literally like 1/2 a mile from our house.)

So yeah, I should finish by the end of the week! So pray that I can get a job with benefits! Thanks!

Off to study....
