Starting Weight: 243
Last week's weight: 235
This week's Weight: 234
Only 1lb lost, but I am not going to let that discourage me! I even went jogging tonight. =) I've got some pretty yummy looking paleo recipes I want to try out, so I will be sure to share some recipes!
