weekly weigh In week 6 (I think?)

I missed last week... and I am back to square one. no picture this week. It has been a bad couple weeks diet wise, and I gained it all back. My son's first birthday, In-laws visiting and taking us out to eat and buying too much junk food, and my inability to not eat junk when it's around.... which is why I try not to keep it in my house...

so anyways... I am back on track starting Monday (another birthday party sunday...) and hopefully I will have better news to report next week!

Hey girl. it's hard. but don't be discouraged!! i've gone up and down a lot, but have lost 15lbs since march and am back to less than pre-catie weight. email me and talk to me about your "diet plan", like what things you are doing. i'm not claiming to know a whole lot, but maybe i can help :)

Don't get discouraged!! It's ok to have a bad week...or two! Just try to get back on track!!
