I was recently given the opportunity to work with Naumes Fruits on a review!
For the past 100 years, the Naumes family has been committed to growing quality fruit for generations to enjoy. As one of the largest family owned and operated pear growers in the world, they take great pride in the quality pears they produce. In addition to their pear gifts, they have expanded their selection to gourmet gifts. This gives their customers the opportunity to help Feed the Need™ every day through their Donate Fruit™ cause
That is one thing I love about Naumes... Their Donate Fruit cause!
They care about the communities where they live and work and believe everyone should have access to fresh fruit, a vital part of a nutritious diet. That’s why they are doing their part to fight hunger with their Donate Fruit program that matches every gift you purchase, pound for pound, with a donation of fresh fruit to food banks that feed hungry families.
How great is that? You can get some yummy stuff for yourself and know you are doing good at the same time!
Not only do they have fresh pears you can buy, they sell some yummy looking gift baskets! Naumes sent me the Pacific Northwest Coffee Gift Set.
Make breakfast the best part of the day beginning with dark-roast Daydream coffee from Noble Roasting. It's 100% certified organic, fairly traded, shade-grown, and tastes absolutely divine in their signature ceramic mugs. We've added classic almond biscotti to perfectly complement the brew and sweet Pear Butter made with a touch of tropical flavors that will elevate your toast, crepes or pancakes to works of art.
# 12oz (0.75lb) 100% Certified Organic 3 Bean Blend Coffee
# Two 10z Ceramic Mugs
# Two Buttered Almond Biscotti
# 9.8oz Pear Butter
I was very impressed with the quality of this gift basket! It was very nicely and carefully packaged too.
The cups were a very high quality, thick, and looked like it would take a lot to break them! The biscotti was yummy, and the pear butter was very good, and unique. I loved that it had some orange peel in it... almost gave it a very slight marmalade taste. It would be great on an english muffin!
The coffee was good too. I am not a huge coffee drinker, but enjoy it nice and sweet. This coffee was a dark roast, and I usually get the light blends, but it was pretty good. It is organic too, and I love that they put the date it was roasted on the front of the bag, and not just the expiration date." Mine was roasted on July 12... they must have roasted it within a day or two of shipping it! I love that! Can't beat fresh coffee!
Naumes has graciously offered this gift basket to one of my lucky readers!
