A healthy 30 weeks!

Well, I went in for my appointment today, slightly worried after my last appointment. We started with an ultrasound, which is always amazing to see! We got to see a front face shot this time, and our baby has chubby cheeks! We were also able to see that it has hair already too! It obviously doesn't take after me in that aspect, because I was born bald and stayed that way until I was two years old! haha. The baby is head down, and facing my right side, which explains why I am feeling most of the hard kicks in the top part of my stomach. =)
So after the ultrasound, we went in and saw the doctor, and she said that everything looks great! Fluid levels are normal, Baby is good sized, weighing in at about 3lb 9oz, which is right at the 50th percentile. And the best part! I actually lost about a pound or two! Haha, I guess that 6 pound gain last month was probably water weight or something. So that was a good feeling as well.
So we are even more excited! 10 weeks and counting! I would post and ultrasound picture, but the ones we got today weren't the greatest. Oh well. =) Hope everyone is having a happy Wednesday!

I will leave you with a video I took of my stomach moving as the baby was moving around. You kinda have to watch carefully, but there is definitely movement, especially around 1:23.

So cool!!! I can't believe how much the baby was moving! I'm so ready to start feeling our little one move!

I'm so glad the doctor's appointment went well. I was really praying that everything would be okay with both you and the baby!

I also can't believe you are at the 10 week countdown! Holy poo! Yay!

When I was pregnant with my first baby, watching my belly move freaked my husband out! He called her the "Belly Monster."

Now with baby #2, it is still fun to feel the baby, but at 25 weeks, he can't really see it yet.
