When I was preggo with my son it was about 4 months in when all I could think about was Taco Bell and at the time they had "Cheesy Gordita Crunch" - I lived on that for quite a while until one day I started feeling this urge to eat anything and everything lime flavored - I think I cleared the shelf at Raley's of lime yogurt. With my daughter the Taco Bell craving returned about half way through the pregnancy and I also started craving grapefruit. Oh, and I started eating watermelon! I never eat watermelon - I don't like it, but when I was preggo with I loved it!
i don't really have real cravings yet. i crave things that probably won't make me throw up-- and that's not much. :) chocolate ice cream has crept back into my life.
Hi Katrina! Haven't stopped by your blog in a while and just realized your great news!!! YAY! I'm so happy for you!! Congrats!!!
I had lost my appetite at first, then just ate a lot of ice cream in the later months! I never had any real cravings worth noting...
Two things...1) I'm not one for Egg Nog so I admittedly don't know anything about it. But I vaguely remember hearing at one point that it was a no-no while pregnant. Just an FYI and something to look up. 2) I'm all about the cravings when I'm pregnant. Of course I'm all about the cravings when I'm not pregnant too. They just get worse when I'm pregnant. (Like sobbing, teary breakdowns worse.) My big ones were cheesey garlic bread with Gavin, Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwiches and Panera's Broccoli Cheddar soup with Elliott Richard, and Mexican food (the spicier the better) with Emmett John.I say go for it and enjoy! :)
