1 tbs butter (grass fed preferred) or coconut oil
2 tbs apple sauce (unsweetened)
1 egg
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp water
1/4 tsp vanilla
2.5 tbs almond flour/meal
.5 tbs coconut flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
melt butter/coconut oil in a microwave safe mug. add other wet ingredients and mix well. add dry ingredients and mix together. microwave for 1 min 20 sec. Enjoy!
