Well, I missed posting last week... I was visiting my parents and their scale was different than mine, so I just skipped it. Then this past weekend hit, adn I had a baby shower and birthday party, and let myself cheat, and between that and pms I had gained back 3-4 pounds (I think some was water weight) but when I weighed myself on monday I was at 232... But I got back on track, and have been doing good! So here are my stats:
Starting weight: 245
Last weeks weight: 230 (actually 2 weeks ago)
This weeks weight: 227
Total weight loss: 18 lbs!
I am glad to finally be back on track, and I am determined to stay on track! Now I need to start working out more!
