Today was day one of eating Paleo, and it wasn't bad! I had eggs and fruit for breakfast, fish and a beet soup I made for lunch, and a steak, salad and cabbage for dinner. For snacks I had some almonds or fruit.
I know I was going to start last week, but things happened, and I didn't... oh well. =)
I also came across loseit.com (thanks to a friend) and it is cool! It lets you track your calories, exercise and your weight loss goal and tells you how long it will take to get to that goal. There is also an app for your phone, which I love!
Anyways, here's to day 2! Hoping it gets easier and easier!
