It is a short sale, but it is a smaller loan company, so hopefully it won't take too long! The seller was given until tomorrow to answer us, so we will see! hopefully he will accept it and it will go to the bank for approval!
I am already planning all the things I can do to it! haha. (but trying not to get my hopes up too high either...)

That is great! When we put the offer on this we were playing tag but luckily we finally got it. I had lots of thoughts in my head before it was ours, but like you didn't get my hopes up. Fingers crossed for you!
