Anyways, last week I was at about 241... and this week:
240! I lost another 4 sticks of butter. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to do all that great this week... and I didn't eat great, but we did walk to the park several times, so even that little bit of exercise paid off some!

I love the way you use butter sticks to compare a pound, I read that a couple of weeks ago & it has stuck in my head. That's how I look at a pound now :)

Hey, that's great!! I've been on a weight loss/ healthier lifestyle change this year too. I gained 50 pounds with my 3rd baby who is now 15 months, and I've gotta start feeling energetic again. So, my personal strategy is doing the 6 week Body Makeover plan, with a little less strictness, since I haven't got quite as much time these days to do all the prep involved in eating every 2-3 hours "on plan". I've lost 15 pounds so far, but have a looooot more to lose. I'm going to check out your other posts to see what you are doing, too! Good to hear what works for others.

Congrats on losing this week! I just had a little girl 3 months ago and I gained WAY TOO much with her. I lost quite a bit really fast but now I need to lose these other 20 pounds! Would love to lose 30 lol but that will take forever! I started weight watchers, but I don't work in the summers so I am very much off my schedule and eating out way too much lol!
