It's another week already! I have to say that I didn't think I would lose any this week.....

It says I lost a pound... but I think it is more because I ate before last week's weigh in, and weighed on an empty stomach today. hehe. But I do want to try and do better this week... I really need to just get the ball rolling. I am starting back on using myfitnesspal.com If you haven't heard of it, it is a free site that lets you track your calories and excercise, etc. every day. and it has a huge food database so you rarely have to enter the info in yourself!
How did you guys do?
