Weekly Weigh In. Week 2.




It's another week already! I have to say that I didn't think I would lose any this week.....

It says I lost a pound... but I think it is more because I ate before last week's weigh in, and weighed on an empty stomach today. hehe. But I do want to try and do better this week... I really need to just get the ball rolling. I am starting back on using myfitnesspal.com If you haven't heard of it, it is a free site that lets you track your calories and excercise, etc. every day. and it has a huge food database so you rarely have to enter the info in yourself!

How did you guys do?

A loss is a loss!!! I'll have to check out that site, another good one is sparkpeople.com, basically the same thing, you check that one out as well. It's free.

that's great girl!! you are so brave to put your weight on the internet... i don't have to guts. but it sure does keep you accountable. more power to ya ;)

Hey, losing 1 lb is better than gaining 10!

Just remember 1lb is the same as 4 sticks of butter. So you lost 4 sticks of butter this week!

Awesome! A pound is a pound. That's what I told myself all week. Even if I only lose a pound, that's ok. Plus like someone else explained - a pound is 4 sticks of butter. That's worth losing, right?

Get a digital scale...I love it when I see even a tenth of a pound gone! ;o)
