Tropical Traditions Review and Giveaway!

I love coconut! Anything that has coconut in it, or on it... I will eat. (well, almost anything!) hehe.
So I was really excited when Tropical Traditions agreed to let me review their shredded coconut! I was quite surprised to receive a whole gallon of it!

They tasted just coco-nutty enough without being too much. Then I made macaroons... I love macaroons! These were amazing as well!
