It was pretty nice! It needs a little work, but nothing major (broken bathroom window, carpet could stand to be replaced, etc.) But overall, we liked it!
so... We made an offer!
Unfortunately, it was a foreclosure, and is bank owned. (Not a short sale, though, thank goodness!) so we haven't heard about it yet... but we are keeping our fingers crossed!
It is 3 bdr, 2 ba, 1376 sq. feet.
