Losing It: Week 2

This week was a much better week! I lost 2 pounds! =) I have to say that I Love My Fitness Pal! It is a website That takes what you want to lose, how much you exercise, and tells you how many calories you should be eating. Then it has a food and exercise journal that already has tons of foods in the database for you to look up and add to your journal. It is so easy, and helps me so much!

I have to say I was surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning... I did good Monday-wednesday, but yesterday we got some food from a local food bank, and they gave us some pastries, and I ate a bunch of them... I knew I had lost one pound as of yesterday morning, and thought I had gained it back, but when I weighed this morning, I was down 2! I don't know how, but I don't care! =)
