I've been wanting to get the wooden letters for Jack's name to put above his crib since he was born... But we never had the extra money to buy them.
So I was thinking the other day, and came up with a free solution! Enter cardboard boxes left from moving, glue sticks, and scrapbook paper...
And you get:
Cutting out the letters and getting them all roughly the same size was the hardest part, but I finally managed. Then I just had to figure out what to do on all the letters...
But I think they came out good! I plan on hanging them with white ribbon... I will eventually post a picture of them on the wall when I get it done!

I love this idea! Just like you I have wanted to get wooden letters to put above my sons bed...but you know what, that's just as cute!
