In honor of this being my 100th post, (and since I really have nothing to write about at this moment...) I thought I would do a contest!
It will be random, so all you have to do is post a comment answering the question, "where is the furthest you have traveled from home?"

I will start. The furthest away from home I have been was to Azerbaijan when I was 15 years old. =) It was kind of a mission trip/cultural exchange trip.

I think that the furthest from home I have been is England. That was 13 years ago now, if I remember correctly.

Furthest away from home I've traveled is to Germany. UC Davis offered a study abroad class, so I lived there for a month. It was an amazing experience!

I have been to five countries in Europe. Loved every minute of it! :)
I am SO boring! The furthest I have been from home is probably Jamaica, being that I am in Seattle and you have to travel quite a ways to get there!

Hope I am not too late for the contest. I guess the furthest would be, well it is a toss up. When I lived in northern Alberta I flew to Nova Scotia and also traveled to Hawaii from there as well. Nova Scotia is more exciting and different so let's say Nova Scotia.
The furthest I have been from home was Punta Cana, Domincan Republic. We went there for my sister's wedding. The resort was beautiful.
