Don't cry over spilled milk....

Ok, so I did. I went to the grocery store today to pick up a few things, and when I got home, I was unloading stuff, and I carried in the 2 gallons of milk I got and set them on the stove. One of them decided it didn't want to be there and fell to the floor, cracked and incidentally spewed milk all over the floor and under the stove.
I was so not in the mood for that to happen. I literally started crying almost. But managed to get it cleaned up along with all the stuff that has accumulated under the stove since 1989. Ew.
But anyways, my parents gave us a swamp cooler yesterday, (we don't have A/C) and we got the needed supplies to hook it up today and got it all hooked up. Within a half an hour of turning it on, the house had dropped like 5 degrees. Nice. will come in handy this summer.
Josh also cleaned the little grill I managed to get for free on www.freecycle.org and I cooked up a really nice tri-tip on it today. It came out nice and juicy and rare... just how we like it! Yum!
So now we are sitting watching Lars and the Real Girl, enjoying Jamba Juice. =) nice day!

Anyways, if you haven't already, be sure to check out my last post and enter my contest! Until next time...

I once dropped an entire gallon of milk on my apartment front porch (we lived on the third floor). The milk burst and spewed EVERYWHERE! I threw bucket after bucket of water down to rinse the weird outdoor carpeting on the landing, but it had a distinct odor for a few months! EWWW!
